A New Beginning
North Flame is also a story of starting again.
After experiencing a stroke, life changed in ways I never expected. It made me look at things differently and appreciate the importance of finding something positive, creative and meaningful to focus on.
Creating North Flame became that something.
What started as an idea gradually grew into a passion. Making candles, developing fragrances and creating products inspired by places I love gave me something to build, something to be proud of, and a reason to keep moving forward.

North Flame was born from a love of Northumberland , its rugged coastline, historic castles, quiet countryside and the memories made along the way.
There is something special about the North. From the dramatic coastline and ancient castles to woodland walks and open countryside, every part of Northumberland has its own character.
North Flame was created to capture some of that feeling and bring it into your home through beautiful, carefully crafted fragrance.

Made by Hand
Every North Flame candle and reed diffuser is hand-poured in small batches, right here in the North.
We don’t believe in rushing the process. Each product is carefully prepared, from selecting and blending fragrances to pouring, finishing and presenting the final product.
Small-batch production means we can pay attention to the details and make sure every product that carries the North Flame name meets the standard we expect.

At the heart of North Flame is our Northumberland Collection.
Each fragrance has been inspired by the places, landscapes and atmosphere that make Northumberland unique.
The collection is our way of turning the character of the North into fragrance , creating scents that can remind you of a favourite place, a coastal walk, a woodland afternoon or simply the feeling of being somewhere peaceful.
